Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Changes to pickup time or location can be made up to 12 hours before the service without additional charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may result in a charge not exceeding the agreed service price.

Failure to appear at the pickup location without prior notice may be considered a no-show.

In rare cases where Arctic Ride must cancel a service due to safety, weather, or force majeure, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
